Old movies are so inspirational, I have to catch up on a few of these classics (only watched about half)...
I love these film stills! I am crazy for musicals too...although there was a couple there I haven't seen - I really like the theatrical stage sets and backdrops - each still is like a painting...
i've never seen the last unicorn doonut! i never got to see pete's dragon either but i did see trailers of it back in the old VHS days (remember those long trailers before disney movies started?).
yes! please catch up with them cruststation, they are definitely worth your time.
b, there are so many musicals out there that i haven't seen either. isn't it wonderful to see how they used colour back then? :}
okay, all of these were in heavy rotation in my house...(polyanna! totally!) sigh, i love the classics...

this is the most colourful happy gorgeous post I have seen in ages. makes me wish it was winter so i could wrap up in a blanket and hide from the cold with some old films. but the sun is shining and the garden becons today.
so beuatiful, they were incredibly imaginative back then, so much better than cgi.
